How do you express your gratitude?

Expressing my gratitude involves more than just saying “thank you.” My personal opinions on this are deeply rooted in my values and principles. I don’t forget to give thanks. I always remember them as a gratitude naturally expressed. I see to it that they feel it, ensuring my appreciation is heartfelt and sincere. Whether through words or actions, I believe in showing how much I value others’ kindness and efforts.

Can I ask for gratitude from someone?

No, gratitude is earned, not given. This is because true gratitude stems from genuine appreciation and recognition of one’s actions or kindness. Asking for gratitude undermines its authenticity and the genuine connection it represents. Just as unconditional love is given freely without expecting anything in return, gratitude should also be a natural, spontaneous response to kindness. Unconditional love is about caring and giving selflessly, which parallels how gratitude should be freely expressed when one feels genuinely thankful. Forcing or requesting gratitude negates its true essence and diminishes its value.
